How To Get Caviar In Stardew Valley

To get Caviar, the first step is to catch a fish called the Sturgeon. You can catch the Sturgeon in the mountain lake during the summer or winter seasons. This fish can be caught in any weather, but you'll need to head out to the lake to catch it during the hours of 6 am - 7 pm.

Once you have the Sturgeon - all you'll need is one - you'll need to take it back to your farm and put it in a Fish Pond. You can craft a Fish Pond by talking to Robin, who will take a few days to build it for you if you don't have one already.

You'll soon be able to farm Sturgeon Roe from your pond, which you can use to create Caviar. To do this, get a Preserves Jar. Next, wait several days, and viola; you'll be in possession of some expensive Caviar!

What To Do With Caviar In Stardew Valley

The best thing to do with Caviar is to sell it; you could give it as a gift to one of the villagers in the town, but it's no one's favorite item.
