After the January update on my Pixel 6 Pro, I noticed that Mobile Network percentage went up, but Cell Standby disappeared, so I suspect they may have combined the two (or something to that effect). The real question is what your overall battery life has been like (it's continued to be excellent on my 6 Pro). Since you mention that the battery only dropped 10% after using the phone for a while, I would suspect that the percentage battery usage reported for Mobile Network is normal.
