NEPHI, Utah – Two people died and another person was transported to by helicopter to the hospital after a crash on state Route 132 Wednesday, according to the Utah Highway Patrol.
UHP tweeted that a passenger car with three occupants rolled after hitting a service truck near mile post 14. The driver and the front-seat passenger of the car died, and a passenger in the back seat was flown to Utah Valley Hospital.
The condition of the passenger and the identities of those involved were not immediately released.
SR-132 was closed and being rerouted through state Route 6, according to UHP.
